The Entertainer’s Luxe Project is a study in timeless elegance, refined glamour, and thoughtful design. From the moment you step inside, there is a sense of cohesion and flow, each space connected by a consistent design language that carries throughout the main living areas.

The client’s love for quality, elegance, and craftsmanship shaped every decision, from the smallest detail to the most dramatic statement piece. While the vision embraced grandeur and a touch of opulence, it was always rooted in the idea of creating a family home — a place that could balance sophistication with comfort and welcome. Each room was designed to not only look beautiful, but to function seamlessly for daily life and the joy of entertaining.

The front foyer played a key role in shaping the overall experience of the home. We envisioned an entry that felt grand and reminiscent of a luxury hotel, yet still warm and inviting. Mirrored pieces added just the right amount of drama, creating a striking first impression, while a hand-tied imported rug introduced softness and balance, setting a graceful tone for what follows.

The dining room was a key focus, particularly with the holiday season approaching. The clients love to entertain, so it was essential to create a space that could comfortably host large gatherings while still feeling elevated. An oversized chandelier, inspired by the grandeur of Versailles, set the tone for the room. To complement its scale and presence, we selected artwork that echoed its elegance without overwhelming the space.

In a separate dining area just off the kitchen, we began with a glass-top table. However, the client was particular about maintaining a seamless look, so we collaborated with a local maker to design a custom base that could support the large piece of glass without any visible seams. It was a subtle but impactful detail that spoke to her appreciation for craftsmanship and thoughtful design. In the kitchen itself, custom counter stools were selected to perfectly complement the finishes and palette, adding both style and comfort to one of the home’s most-used gathering spots. As well, the ove-sized floral is changed with the seasons.

The living room continues the home’s overall theme of timeless elegance with a refined touch of glamour. A mirrored sideboard adds a subtle reflective quality that ties in beautifully with other statement pieces throughout the home, while a gorgeous carpet grounds the space with warmth and texture. Glimmering accents, carefully layered into the design, catch the light and create a sense of quiet luxury. The result is a space that feels cohesive with the rest of the home, yet still has its own inviting personality — perfect for everyday family life, entertaining and movie watching.

In the principal suite, the focus was on creating a peaceful, retreat-like atmosphere. We introduced additional storage to enhance functionality, while a soft, neutral palette brought a sense of calm and understated luxury to the space. Particular attention was paid to the custom drapery, which added both softness and structure. The fabric was chosen to complement the overall palette while subtly elevating the room’s architectural lines, allowing natural light to filter in gently while still offering privacy and comfort. Every element was selected to support a sense of serenity, resulting in a space that feels both restorative and refined.
